1. Making custom changes to an existing product

Most of our products can be easily custom made to your exact specifications with complete transparency about lead time and cost.

2. Do you charge for quoting and consultation?

Quotes and product consultation via telephone, email or in our showroom are free of charge. Should you require one-on-one consultation at your home or elsewhere a call-out fee will be charged but waivered should an order be placed.

3. How long before I receive my order?

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa cards and EFT payments.

5. Do you offer refunds and returns?

You are entitled to return your order for goods which are kept in stock, within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy

6. How do I care for my wooden furniture?

Our wooden furniture made from iroko timber will take between 4 and 6 months to even in tone through oxidation. Over time, the wood weathers to a silver-grey tone and usually develops a few small cracks when exposed to the elements. These cracks will not in any way affect the durability of the furniture, and are part of the natural weathered look. Our furniture is built to last a lifetime. It is not necessary to maintain at all – it will remain durable and robust – although of course in time the wood will age and get an increasingly weathered look. If one does feel the need for a bit of maintenance, the furniture can be oiledwith a good quality exterior oil (such as Danish oil). This does darken the silver-grey colour and change the look, but it will in time revert to the silver-grey as the oil is absorbed.
