1. Can I customise an existing product?
Some of our products can easily be customised to your exact specifications.In such cases we will provide complete transparency regarding expected lead times and additional costs.
2. Do you charge for quoting and consultation?
Quotes and product consultations via telephone, email or in our showroom are free of charge. Should you require a one-on-one consultation at your home or elsewhere a call-out fee will be charged but waivered should an order be placed.
3. How long before I receive my order?
Existing, in-stock products such as waste bins, rugs and scatter cushions will be delivered within 3-5 working days, provided our suppliers have stock. In such cases where our suppliers are out of stock, you will be notified of the situation and supplied with an expected date of delivery. This occurance is rare, but does happen form time to time. If you are unable to wait for the stock to become available, we will gladly refund you in full.
Our iroko patio furniture and garden benches take approximately 6-8 weeks to manufacture. One of our sales team will stay in close communication with you to update you on the progress of your order and advise on the expected and then confirmed delivery date.
